Bio
The international Cervino Ski Paradise area, one of the largest ski-in/ski-out destinations in the world, is located in Valle d’Aosta, in northwestern Italy, at the foot of the majestic Matterhorn, about two hours and fifteen minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport. This renowned year-round tourist destination—where skiing is possible for eleven months a year—is represented by Cervino Tourism Management, a tourism consortium that includes a wide range of accommodations, ski lifts, shops, ski instructors, mountain guides, sports associations, and more. The slopes start at 1,500 meters in Valtournenche and extend up to over 3,000 meters at Plateau Rosa (Switzerland), allowing for skiing even in spring and summer. In winter, Breuil-Cervinia, Valtournenche, and Zermatt are ski-connected, offering 350 kilometers of trails for skiers and snowboarders. In summer, visitors can enjoy skiing, an 18-hole golf course, hiking, mountain biking, or the unique high-altitude experience of the Matterhorn Alpine Crossing—a cable car route linking Italy and Switzerland—for fun and relaxation at any time of the year.
