I am the director of the event agency HAPPY PLANNER EVENTS . I am a communication consultant and organizer of events and business trips for government institutions and greats French companies ( Naval Group, Thales, Framatome, L’Oréal , Estee Lauder , EDF). I also organize events for French expatriate business leaders around the world, cultural trips worldwide for VIP groups of 15 to 20 participants, including executives, elected officials, architects, and professional or institutional associations. I have also recently organized several honeymoon trips for weddings. I was responsible for events during many years for the Ministry of Defense , the Ministry of the Interior and the services of the Prime Minister I am currently developing new business travel projects for my clients worldwide, primarily across Europe, for 2026–2027. I would like to explore Italy as a potential destination. I already have a project planned in Venice by the end of this year. I want to learn about new destinations, new hotels or events venues. What is the size of my groups? My groups generally range from 15 to 20 participants for VIP cultural trips, and from 15 to 200 participants for corporate seminars and business events. What services are required to organize my events? The organization of my events typically includes: • Venue exclusive use • Accommodation management (hotels, luxury properties) • Transportation and logistics coordination • Conference and meeting facilities • Catering services and gala dinners • Cultural and exclusive experiences • Incentive activities and team-building programs • On-site event coordination and guest assistance • VIP services and tailored concierge support I always work in partnership with convention bureau and a local destination management company (DMC). I also work for a TV channel with a producer and a filmmaker to make documentaries on business tourism and luxury in France and around the world
