I am a Cruise Planners franchise owner, and everybody thinks I book only cruises, but that is not the case: I do book both land and cruises, ocean and river, FIT and groups, and I want to make Italy my second niche. My first one is river cruises, but I am obsessed with Italy, so my dream is to visit myself and send clients to all 20 regions of Italy (That idea got reinforced by Roots-In workshop).
