From Brazil to Thailand passing through Uzbekistan, the Mediterranean Tourism Stock Exchange is preparing for the 28th edition
NAPLES, 29 January - The Mediterranean Tourism Stock Exchange returns to Naples with the twenty -eighth edition scheduled at the Oltremare exhibition from Thursday 13 to Saturday 15 March 2025. Organized by Desigta, a leading company in the organization of professional fairs, will extend to a '12,000 sqm exhibition area. The BMT, a B2B event par excellence that is aimed at travel agencies and operators, is strategic for geolocation and for the period in which it takes place, unique in the sector and in the national trade fair scene. The fair will be open from 10 to 18 for operators in the sector and on Saturday morning also for the public. All the big names of tourism were expected: tour operators, airlines, navigation companies, cruises, international tourism bodies, regions, hotel chains for three days of works and business with a dense program of convent, conferences, presentations, refresher courses.

Over 50 countries present at the BMT: Croatia is also confirmed this year by showing its peculiarities in a personalized stand of over 100 square meters, Brazil returns after a few years of absence, Uzbekistan debuts with its tourist offer. Also debut for the Barbados, while Qatar, Bahamas, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Tunisia, Thailand are back.
Not only foreign. Visitors of the BMT confirm the great interest in Italian destinations, for the beautiful sea and for good food: the Campania Region expands the spaces to host even more exhibitors in its stand in pavilion 4. Among those Campani space for exhibitors who propose the New frontiers of the 'Experiences': Tourists and Local proposes participation in production processes with final tasting. The regions of Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, Sardinia, Tuscany, Valle d'Aosta and Sicily were present. There will be the Municipality of Naples and the Metropolitan City which propose an always highly appreciated cultural offer.
Numerous as always the tour operators, the hotel chains and the navigation companies that crown the Mediterranean and beyond. Trenitalia, the official vector of the BMT, doubles the spaces by displaying its numerous proposals in two stands. The area dedicated to the airports that this year will see the presence of the two Scali Campani, Naples and Costa d’Amalfi, and of airports of Rome will increasingly attend at the fair.
For the 2025 edition, the presence of the Astoi village with the main tour operators participating in the association is confirmed. The interest in nautical tourism with various proposals reserved for boats rental is intensified. With Assidema, the Italian Association of Destination Manager, we will talk about the importance of an integrated and complementary approach between public and private. Finally, among the novelties, the preparation of an area dedicated to the spa coordinated by Federalberghi Terme with appearances from all over Italy.
