Access and Requirements

Why can’t I see my agenda?

You must be logged in to access your agenda. If you see the message “Access Required”, please log in with your BMT account.

Why do I see the error “you don’t have any workshops yet”?

This message means that no workshop is currently associated with your profile.

Possible reasons:

  • You have not purchased or activated a workshop
  • Your account has not been fully configured yet

If the problem persists, please contact BMT support.

Why am I asked to choose between multiple agendas?

If you are registered for more than one workshop (Incoming, Terme, Luxury), the system will ask you which agenda you want to manage. Use the buttons at the top of the page to switch between workshops.

Why am I automatically redirected to an agenda?

If you are registered for only one workshop, the system automatically opens the related agenda. This is normal behavior.

User Profile

Do I need to complete my profile?

Yes. If you see the warning “You did not complete your profile”, your profile is incomplete.

Click Edit Profile to complete it.

Appointment Requests

How do I request an appointment?
  1. Optionally filter users
  2. Select a user
  3. Choose day and time
  4. Click REQUEST APPOINTMENT

Your request will remain pending until the other user responds.

Can I filter users?

Yes. You can use the filters to find relevant contacts:

  • Country
  • Company
  • Interested in (for sellers)
  • Tipology (for buyers)

The system shows only approved users compatible with your role.

Why don’t I see any users in the list?

Possible reasons:

  • No compatible users are available
  • The selected filters are too restrictive
  • Users are not yet approved

Try setting all filters to “All”.

Can I send multiple requests to the same user?

No. The system prevents:

  • Duplicate requests to the same user
  • Requests in the same time slot

You will see an error message if you attempt to do so.

What happens after I send a request?

The request will be marked as pending. The recipient has 24 hours to approve or reject it. If no action is taken, the request will expire automatically.

Managing Requests

Where can I see the requests I received?

Go to the Requests Awaiting Response section. Here you can approve or reject incoming requests and view their details.

Where can I see the requests I sent?

Go to the Your pending requests section. From there you can also cancel your requests.

Where can I see confirmed appointments?

Confirmed meetings are listed in Appointments confirmed. You can also download them as a PDF.

Can I cancel a confirmed appointment?

Yes. Click Cancel Appointment in the confirmed appointments table. The other participant will receive an email notification.

What does the warning about multiple requests at the same time mean?

The system alerts you when:

  • You have multiple pending requests in the same time slot
  • You already have a confirmed appointment at that time

Please review carefully before approving additional meetings.

Dates and Time Slots

What are the available meeting hours?

Time slots are:

  • From 10:00 to 17:00
  • In 15-minute intervals
  • Lunch break excluded (13:00–14:30)
Why do I have to select the day first?

If the workshop spans multiple days, you must first choose the date and then select the time. This is expected behavior.

Calendar

What is the calendar on the right for?

The calendar displays all your confirmed appointments in a visual format. Use it to quickly check your availability and avoid overlaps.

Where can I get quick help?

Use the help button in the bottom-right corner of the page. From there you can launch the tutorial or open the Agenda FAQ page. For email support contact workshop@bmtnapoli.com

Profile and Access

Why am I redirected to the profile page after login?

If your profile is incomplete for one of your workshops, the system redirects you to complete the required information before accessing the agenda.

Why am I redirected directly to the agenda after login?

If your profile is complete and your account is approved, you will be redirected directly to the agenda.

What happens if my account is not approved yet?

Only approved users can fully use the agenda and contact other participants. Until approval, some features may be limited.

Appointments and Availability

Why can’t I select some time slots?

Time slots may be disabled because:

  • You already have a pending or confirmed meeting at that time
  • The other participant is not available
  • The slot is outside the allowed schedule
What do the different slot colors mean?
  • Red: you are busy at that time
  • Yellow: the other participant is busy
  • Grey/disabled: slot not available
  • Blue (selected): slot selected for request
Can I have more than one meeting at the same time?

No. The system prevents overlapping meetings. You must choose a different available time slot.

How long does the other user have to reply to my request?

The recipient has 24 hours to approve or reject your meeting request. After that, the request expires automatically.

Email and Notifications

I updated my email. Where will notifications be sent?

All notifications are sent to your notification email saved in your profile. If you update it, future communications will go to the new address.

I requested a password reset but did not receive the email.

Password reset emails are sent to your notification email.

Please check:

  • Your spam folder
  • That your email address in the profile is correct

Technical

Why don’t I see updated data immediately?

The agenda disables caching for logged-in users, but in some cases your browser cache may still show old data.

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.

Why can’t I see users in the filter results?

The system shows only:

  • Users approved by BMT
  • Users in your same workshop
  • Users compatible with your role (Buyer/Seller)
