Naples 'Luxury Destination': today large hotel companies invest
De Negri (design): "City attracts 5 -star groups, opportunities to be seized"
NAPLES - From Marriott to Hilton, passing through Rocco Forte and Radisson: the largest hotel companies in the world choose to invest in the city of Naples. In the coming months, in fact, between acquisitions of iconic hotels and new and highly anticipated openings, the 5 -star luxury will become a distinctive brand of the Naples destination.
If the new hotel in the US multinational Marriott will be built in the building in via Verdi which once housed the headquarters of the Bank of Rome, the ultra luxury of English Rocco Forte will land at the Riviera di Chiaia, in the Caravita Palace of Sirignano. If they become Hilton brand structures, the Britannique of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Palazzo Caracciolo in via Carbonara and the East of via Armando Diaz, the Radisson group would prepare to inaugurate the new hotel housed in the historical headquarters of the newspaper Il Mattino in via Chiatamone.
Millionaire investments, enriched by openings of new restaurants that aspire to the Michelin star or of suggestive rooftops that combine, with a breathtaking view, an exclusive service. The future of the most famous luxury brands also passes from Naples, with large hotel multinationals ready to bet on the city.
The luxury tourism segment will be one of the main themes that will be discussed in Naples in BMT (13-15 March 2025), the most important fair in the sector of Central Southern Italy, which will dedicate one of its conference appointments to "Naples Luxury Destination ".
