Any wall posters can be affixed with thumbtacks, nails and/or chains and hooks at your discretion.

For exhibitors who set up on their own, it is mandatory to submit the appropriate form/regulation duly completed by 17 February 2025 in order to obtain the necessary permits for the set-up. Stand builders who have not submitted the necessary documentation for issuing the permit by February 17th will not be allowed to set up. The dismantling of stands set up independently on a free surface must take place exclusively on Sunday 16 March from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm and Sunday 19 March from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Residual material (brochures, catalogues, gadgets) must be left packaged at your stand and with the shipping address affixed. In the event that you are unable to take away the "dedicated" objects (computers, projectors, etc.) already on Thursday 30 March after the fair closes, they must be handed over to the organisation's staff.

The stands must be completely emptied by 12:00 on Sunday 16 March. After this time the material will be considered abandoned.

The customization of the pre-set up stands must take place on Wednesday 12 March from 11:00 to 18:00.
